Lessons at home

Kids yoga in your own home

Regina comes to you with mats, music and stories. All you need is a little free space.

Why at home

At home, a child already feels safe. There is no new place to get used to, no unfamiliar children to meet and no rushing through city traffic. So they can settle into the lesson from the very first minute.

For parents it means fewer journeys and a fixed appointment every week. For children with anxiety or sensory differences, familiar surroundings often make the biggest difference of all.

How it works

Yoga that comes to you

In your home or, if your child would enjoy the company, at a partner studio near you.

In your home

Regina brings everything with her: mats, music, stories. All you need is a little free space in one room. Ideal for one-to-one lessons, siblings or a small group of friends.

  • She brings all the equipment
  • One-to-one, or with siblings & friends
  • The same day and time every week

At partner studios

Group classes at selected children's yoga spaces, run together with the people who look after them. The same philosophy, with more company.

  • Small groups by age
  • Carefully chosen, welcoming spaces

01

We get to know you

We talk about your child, their needs and their personality.

02

We try it out

A trial lesson, with no commitment at all.

03

We bloom

We find our rhythm and the lesson becomes part of the week.

What you need

Almost nothing

  1. 01

    A little free space

A quiet spot about the size of a rug, in whichever room suits you.

  2. 02

    Comfortable clothes

Clothes that are easy to move in. Lessons are barefoot or in non-slip socks.

  3. 03

    A regular time

We agree on a day and time each week, so the lesson becomes a habit.

  4. 04

    We bring the rest

Mats, music, stories and anything else the lesson needs.
